Cheese Ball
2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese softened
3 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
2 cups chopped pecans
Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch mix. Form a ball. roll into pecans.
**Notes**
I just mix in my kitchen-aid mixer.
